Members of this prison debate league are scoring wins on and off the stage

Radio Boston talks with Daniel Throop and George Vicente of the National Prison Debate League.

The two men were part of a team of formerly incarcerated people who recently debated against university students at a competition in Maryland and won. Throop and Vicente honed their debating skills while serving prison sentences in Massachusetts.
