Solar panel installers under scrutiny for sales tactics

The solar panel industry is booming, with the sector of the industry that installs solar panels on homes growing by 5,000% in the last 15 years, according to the Solar Energy Industries Association. But at the same time, customers are complaining about high-pressure sales tactics and misleading information about the financial benefits of solar.

NPR climate and energy correspondent Jeff Brady joins us to talk about what's being done to crack down on scams.
